Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Settings → Login & security → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your account, provider profile, and uploaded images.
How do I report a photo or profile?
Every provider profile and photo has a report option in the app (the ⋯ menu). Reports are reviewed promptly — typically within 24 hours.
Can't sign in?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to get a 6-digit reset code by email. Still stuck — or locked out entirely? Email us and we'll help.
