Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

What hellolink is

hellolink is a directory where local service providers show their work and people discover them by it. We are not a party to any booking, purchase, or agreement between you and a provider — we display portfolios and contact links, and everything after that happens directly between you and the provider.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using hellolink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use hellolink.

Your account

Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and keep your contact details up to date if you run a provider profile. One person may hold one account, which can act as both a user and a provider.

Provider content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you give hellolink a licence to host and display that content in the app and in previews of it (for example search results). Only post work that is genuinely yours, and make sure you have permission from anyone shown in a photo (for example a client) before uploading it.

Acceptable use

Do not post content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your services, spam, scrape, probe, or otherwise abuse the service or its users. Contact details you list must be your own.

Moderation and enforcement

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on hellolink. Uploaded images are reviewed before they appear publicly, anyone can report a profile or photo, and you can block providers you do not want to see. We act on reports promptly — typically within 24 hours — by hiding or removing content, or suspending or banning the accounts responsible. Paid placements (for example sponsored profiles) are always labelled.

Contacting providers

Contact links open outside hellolink (for example Instagram, phone, or email). We do not vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for any provider’s services, pricing, licensing, or conduct — please use the same judgement you would with any business you find online.

Fees

hellolink is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced (for example sponsored placement), their terms and pricing will be shown before you buy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Login & security. Deletion permanently removes your account, provider profile, and uploaded images; anonymised safety records (for example reports) may be retained. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

hellolink is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for dealings between users and providers. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be signposted in the app, and continuing to use hellolink after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@hellolink.app.
